But, it is not enough to latch on to these claims without looking out for something substantial as the real pointer to expertise.

So, how can you identify a top or best outsourcing vendor?

Tip # 1: Quality Work History

Obviously, experience is a core qualification to look out for when trying to determine which company should be rated as top or best outsourcing company. If a vendor claims to be the best and have no adequate or quality work history to show for it, you should think twice.

For instance, an IT outsourcing company should have IT certifications to show as a proof of expertise in information technology. This is one of the ways you can be sure of getting the expected outcome when you hire such provider or company.

Finally, when you want to determine top outsourcing companies, pay attention to the way the provider answers your questions during the interview/assessment section. If the responses are not convincing enough, you don’t need to take chances and hire the provider just because he claims to be on the ‘top list’. You should be objective when you set out to hire a company that offers outsourcing services. This way, you can sleep with your two eyes closed.
