Example might be, meeting with prospects, attend networking events, create online products for sale.
At the head of the column on the right side, write the word Tasks. Now think about your business and what it takes to run it. Think of the things you do day to day. Most people have several tasks listed under the Tasks heading. These are duties that by outsourcing you can free yourself to spend more time on the IGAs and increase profits.
