We all understand that employees can be outsourced for a lower cost overseas, and that bone has meat on both sides. Although you’ve heard the assertion that outsourcing takes jobs away from American workers, I want to convince you that it will ultimately bring jobs home to America. But first let’s focus on the fact that if a business can hire outsourced workers for a smaller wage overseas, then that business can stay in business.

If an American business stays in business, it can continue to sell products and services on the American and overseas markets, which pulls money into the American economy. This cycle is the foundation or the raft of our economy. It keeps everything else afloat.

While a business is afloat, the next area of focus for the entrepreneur is growing that business.
