In the attached video, a participant in Beyond Business Live shares openly about his fear of letting go and trusting others to support him. My experience has shown me time after time that he isn’t alone. A lot of entrepreneurs have trust issues. They do everything in their business because want the job done right, but what they don’t realize is by refusing to outsource, the very thing they’re trying to avoid comes to pass.

You’ll see when you watch it, the man in this :58 second video makes some very good points. See if you can relate. The frustrating thing is many of the entrepreneurs I’ve met have shared similar concerns. They do it all because they don’t think anyone can do it as well as they can. They refuse to delegate even simple tasks out a fear of letting go.

These habits will bury your business. There is no way you can do everything and still do what’s necessary to grow your business and generate income. For example, we all understand the value of networking events. There’s no better place to meet prospects face to face and sell without selling.

Meet people, get to know them, build rapport, and plug them into your funnel. Simple, right? Only if you can get out from under your bookkeeping, social media posts or whatever else it is that forces you to miss events because you can’t get out from under the minutia.

I’m not making light of your concerns. There are certain tasks only you should be doing. But there are also many you can outsource. I understand how hard it might be at first to trust that someone will do as good a job as you can do, but when properly trained, a VA can relieve you of time-sucking tasks so you can spend your time instead, on generating income.

Don’t sabotage your business success. Support yourself by trusting a trained VA to back you. Once you let go of tasks someone else can do, you’ll see how easy it is and the rest will fall into place. Attend the next Beyond Business Live event and learn for yourself. You’ll also meet people whose lives have been changed by outsourcing.

There’s no reason you should do everything, not with all of the outsourcing resources available today. If you think you can’t afford it, I’ll say just the opposite: you can’t afford not to any longer. Visit http://www.123employee.com for more information.
